Estate Sale Services

An estate sale can be an emotional experience, especially if your selling the contents  of a loved ones estate. My staff is fully dedicated and sensitive to these emotions and will handle your sale with courtesy and professionalism. 

We offer you years of experience and knowledge in selling various items both inside and outside of your home. Our experience helps us in pricing your possessions and marketing those items you want to sell. 

How the process works:

• we will do a complete walk-thru of your home
• discuss sale items and take photos
• examine, sort through and organize items
• clean and/or dust sale items if needed
• research items
• stage the home and display items
• price and tag items
• schedule a two-day estate sale
• advertise the sale online and with neighborhood signs
• friendly and professional staff will run and hold the two-day sale
• specific items will be listed online for maximum selling proceeds.  This includes eBay, Facebook Marketplace and/or online neighborhood sale sites
• collectible coins and jewelry will be be taken to an honest and trustworthy dealer for a maximum selling price

While our goal is to sell everything we put a price tag on, there is a good chance that wont happen. Leftover items will be either donated, recycled or properly disposed of.
